Well, Hello! I’m Grace.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re navigating difficult experiences, relationship challenges, or unexpected life changes. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, accepted, and supported as you work toward healing, personal growth, and stronger connections with yourself and others.

As a trauma-informed clinician with over 17 years of experience, I often view challenges through the lens of attachment and relationships. I help clients understand how past experiences influence thier present patterns, develop healthier ways of managing emotions, and build more fulfilling relationships. My approach combines evidence-based, systemic, and body-oriented strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I especially enjoy working with highly conflictual couples and families, premarital counseling, anxiety, grief, brain injury recovery, medical trauma, and processing near-death experiences. As a brain injury survivor myself, this work is particularly meaningful to me. I understand that healing can involve navigating changes in identity, relationships, and your sense of self, not just physical recovery.
